Acupuncture

Chinese Herbal Medicine

Moxibustion

Dried mugwort burned at acupoints to warm Cold-type patterns, tonify Yang, and support conditions that respond better to heat than needles.

Tui Na

Chinese medical massage along meridians and acupoints. Often integrated with acupuncture for musculoskeletal, pediatric, and post-injury presentations.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

Comprehensive Intake (20–30 min)

Your first appointment begins with a full TCM health history: current complaints, past medical history, sleep, digestion, emotional state, and constitutional tendencies. Tongue and pulse diagnosis follow.

Pattern Diagnosis

Pinghe identifies your TCM pattern: the underlying physiological imbalance driving symptoms, not just where it hurts. This determines which services and point protocols are most appropriate.

First Treatment (40–50 min)

Your first acupuncture treatment follows immediately. Needles are retained for 25–30 minutes while you rest. Moxibustion or Tui Na may be integrated. Total first appointment: 60–75 minutes.
